Linda Pemberton

Linda Sue Pemberton, 73, of Cedar Ridge, died May 27, 2026, after a long illness she faced with humor and grace.

Linda ran the front desk at the medical clinic for 29 years, where she greeted every patient by name and kept a candy jar that was famous three counties over. She quilted, she gardened, and she never met a stray cat she did not eventually name.

Her family is grateful to the caregivers who became friends over these last two years.
